Rios-Gamboa Officially Cancelled!!

It was the signing to Top Rank for an extra 5 years that was the problem. Not the money. Gamboa is already 30 and 5 years to Top Rank pretty much means his whole career

It was gamboa calling out rios and then saying he agreed to everything on the scene.. so the little ****** deserves all the hate he receives.

 

My thoughts when the fight was made that it was never gonna happen.

I also won't be shocked to see Froch-Bute not happen.

Also, why would Arum risk this fight for Gamboa but refuse to put the Gamboa vs JML fight on? I don't think he gives Gamboa much of a chance, and is feeding him to Rios. Gamboa sensed this and since he DIDN'T sign a contract, got out of a possibly bad situation.

 

that was fight was stupid anyway. two totaly different weight divisions.

gamboa has enough on his to do list around his natural weight with guys like donaire, broner or rigo.

same for rios, who should take care of the likes soto, guerrero, vasquez & molina..
