Rios is a more polished, harder hitting version of Maidana.

They are a similar level and the two would make for a great fight but Maidana should be favourite and rightfully ranks higher.

Rios and Maidana are completely different. One is not better than the other, they're just different. They will have success against different opponents and struggle against different opponents. This is a troll thread and a poor attempt to elevate Pac's win over Rios.

Pac beating Rios = Floyd beating Guerrero

This. I think Maidana is slightly better but Rios could very well beat him. Rios has been proven to take punishment better, both have exceptional power. Could go either way and wouldn't be surprised no matter the outcome.

even a bum like ortiz was on his way to beating maidana the only problem was he had no heart

rios HAS HEART A IRON CHIN AND INSANE POWER

maidana has a shaky chin and his power is overrated

Yeah right , Floyd did not fool anyone :rofl

Floyd did not fight for the fans , hes not just going to allow Maidana to bully him and bang him up like he did in BOTH fights :nono

That's pretty much the real reason why there was a rematch , Floyd has an ego and did not like the fact someone limited like Chino roughed him up and made him struggle .

He wanted to redeem himself in the rematch and honestly still couldnt redeem himself .

This time around , he looked even more poor in the rematch and once again got banged up and nearly got taken out in the 3 rd with just 1 punch . :deal

Rios is a really honest guy and I remember him sayin Chino, Lucas, and Mikey were the hardest punchers he's ever faced, but surprisingly, he admitted Mikey when he wanted, had this insane power and hit the hardest, only one to truly hurt him. I remember in his 135 days, before Abril, Rios had a powerful left hook and a lightning fast, I'm talking Mayweather fast, jab, but he'd throw it wrong and rarely land. He used it in the last round of the 2nd Alvarado fight, he threw it mostly out of frustration. If Rios learned how to pop that jab with authority and brought back that mammoth of a left hook, then he'd be close to unstoppable.

Rios has been knocked down and hurt in the past, even Alvarado was able to wobble Rios. Just say it, you don't like chino because he fought Floyd and you want to hype Rios because he is pac's previous opponent. Stop drooling on PACs nut, you don't know that Rios hits harder, his stamina sucks more then chinos and has maybe 3/4 the boxing ability as chino.

Robert Garcia has been quoted as saying that chino was his hardest puncher. So either we believe a pactroll like you who sits around pretending to be jinkee, or we take it from his actual coach who trains with chino and maidana.

I'm sorry, can you rephrase that with the word "question" at the end, before the interrogative mark?

Rios is better with a punching bag, Maidana is better with a live opponent.
