Rios is a more polished, harder hitting version of Maidana.

cotto was taking a beating for the first 5 rounds vs Floyd. IF they were using 8oz gloves that match would've been over in the 4th or 5th. did you see the clean bombs Floyd was landing on him ? cotto did good from round 6-9 then took more of the same beating from 10 thru 12.

rios being better than chino is laughable. right now chino would end his career due to rios having true granite. I think chino could and probably would stop him. rios does NOT hit even close to chino, pretty sure their coach would know. chino is the hardest hitter in their camp, that is well known and not even debatable. hell, rios tells it like it is, chino kills people with headgear on. he has stated many times he would HATE to take chinos shots without gear on.

our opinions mean NOTHING, but, people in and around their camps know whats truly up.

chino is one tough SOB, he says trip G has "good power", (*&^%$$%^ serious, good power ? he out of his mind or had the best headgear and body gear in.

You make good points, and I agree with some of them... but when you post 5 threads explaining how Pacquiao will destroy Mayweather, it makes you look like a troll and no one will take you seriously.

Also... why do people have to space their lines after 3-4 words? It's not fun to read or look at.

Oh, and Rios wouldn't beat Mayweather. Pacquiao BOXED Rios, and Pacquiao isn't an extraordinary boxer. Mayweather is the best boxer.

 

I agree to a extent. I think maidana has the better boxing over Rios. He has power over Rios (confirmed by Robert Garcia) and has also faced way better opposition.

Khan, Floyd, karassa, Lopez, broner are all names that look good on chinos resume.

Rios only has pacquia coming off ktfo6 and lost every round of the fight to a less aggressive PAC.

If I had to put money on this fight, I would favor chino

Chin-rios
Speed-chino
Stamina-chino
Boxing ability-chino.
Better resume-chino

I in no way would count out Rios, but I think a chino being more seasoned would win. My response was to duck_master saying Rios is the better solely on power(when Robert confirmed chino is harder hitting). I wouldn't count out Rios, would be a competitive fight but I would take chino.
