    Rios will challenge for a belt against the winner of the fight between titlist Humberto Soto (53-7-2, 32 KOs) and Urbano Antillon (28-1, 20 KOs), who meet Saturday night on Top Rank's "In Harm's Way" pay-per-view card.

    I don't know guys, Soto is slipping and Antillon could be fighting him at the right weight and time. Although I could see Antillon getting outboxed a bit by Soto, He will eventually land something big on him.
