What I said missed the mark with you, I understand. Gamboa still has those amateurish qualities about him...but you'd know that if you knew anything about boxing.

 Pulling the "If you knew anything about boxing..." after the **** you've said? Really? You haven't even said WHAT amatierish qualities Gamboa has in this theads. As a matter of fact, you haven't said **** that even suggests you have any knowledge of the intracacies of boxing at all. All you are doing is talking ****.

You're obviously a ****in noob to this sport. A shoit talking casual fanboy who found a message board... great....all we need more of. :patsch

 nice job boxrec ranger. You're knowledge, or attempts to prove it, are just laughable. :patsch

LIke I said in my post earlier, 135 isn't a weight Rios should be staying at. Have you even said ANYTHING about that? His troubles making 135 aren't new clown. THAT is what makes this interesting. No, you just say **** like, "He'll DESTROY Gamboa!"...the hyperbolic stuff idiots say. :thumbsup

Actually, I made it pretty clear why I favor Rios. Not too much hyperbole about it. ketchup

I'm going with Gamboa in the upset.

If he can keep his speed, Rios shouldn't be a problem.

Gamboa is to fast for Rios and that will be the deciding factor.

I don't think Rios can make the weight safely and this go in a similar way to Pacquiao vs De La Hoya.

The people questioning Gamboa's inability to finish of he likes of DeLeon and Salido etc. I wouldn't take this as a slight on Gamboa's power, he tends to take his foot off the gas when he has the fight in the bag. This has to be expected with the amount of amateur fight he has had. He reverts to type because he has no real fear of the opponent. A fight with Rios at lightweight will provide that fear and should lead to a more complete performance.
