    This
3 pounds is a little he is still Gonna struggle cause to get to 137 they only ate once in 5 days and dehydrated and sweated the weigh in day and his body would not go lower...

Rios is ****ed Alvarado is no antillon or Murray he will be the stronger man in there and Rios stamina will suffer.

If he moves up to 147, the advantages he did have at 135 will be non existent (i.e. power and ability to take a shot from a 135 fighter.

That boy is killing himself at that weight. Skin and bones. If he's not careful someone natural to that weight is gonna absolutely do him and he'll never be the same again. But it will be his own fault for forcing himself at that weight. The more fights he takes at the weight, the more likely it is that he will bump into that fight, a dangerous game to play.

That guy on your avatar could learn something about losing weight and fighting fair instead of having lightweights and jr welterweight come up to Jr Middleweight :patsch

I was thinking about this fight earlier and decided to stop sitting on the fence. Alvarado wins for me. He is bigger, and having taken Prescott's best punches, I'm quite confident he can take Rios'.

I like Rios, but this could be too tough an ask. He's going to war with a stronger, sturdier guy.

He doesn't look that bad.... Not as bad as when he was trying to make 135!

Your right... but that aint saying much, Just cause he looks "better" then when he tried to make 135 doesnt mean he looks healthy trying to make 140. I'm predicting Alvarado to win this one in a war. There are other fighters that look sickly at weigh in (Chavez Jr) but they dont sound sickly. Rios makes me think that this weight problem is affecting his head and that is only going to end up hurting him if he keeps it up much longer.
