    Hatton absolutly destroys him

Rios has no skills NONE. Bum.

    non existent outside game
At mid range doesn't use his strong jab and his slow ass right hand fails to get setup
At close range he is best due to strength and Chin... yet still doesn't excel there.

Roach is going to make Pac be safe and make Rios suffer for 5 rounds with Pac breaking him down.. then hopefully Pac goes for the kill.

Hatton is far too good, far too powerful, and far too strong for the likes of Rios.

he'd destroy him. he'd push him on the back foot with ease and make him pay. Rios isn't going to be able to fight with Hatton, that's ridiculous.

Hatton in a one side beat down with the end coming by the 8th.

the huge underrating of Hatton continues...

Do you imply that Floyd hits harder than Alvarado?

Glad you guys responded with what I thought. I was beginning to think that too many people extremely overrate Rios. I think he has world class heart, very good power and chin. But I think in terms of his skills and speed he is way behind Hatton. Hatton also had decent power and chin.

A lot of people, (who I mainly think are casual fans) actually think that Rios has a chance against Pac. Pac flattened hatton who was definitely past it, but I feel Rios is not anywhere near as good as Hatton was, even the night of Pac KOing him.

Hatton was staggared and almost on his way to the canvas by Cottonball puncher Collazo . He barely scraped a win in that fight which many felt he loss . Now this doesnt guarantee Rios would knock him out , but that result is very likely . Early rounds would be a lot of back and forth action , But i see Rios outbrawling him in the end .
Rios had better chin and more pop .

It would be a classic for sure. I think Hatton would start stronger, faster, maybe even flooring Rios once or twice with bodyshots, but Rios only folds, takes a knee/breather, and gets back up. After 6-7 rounds, Hatton takes a breather with a clear lead, but gets caught with something huge. Rios comes back from behind and Hatton is in survival mode. Rios, battered, is doing what he wants and beating Hatton late in the fight like Diaz was to Khan. Hatton barely survives with a gift decision, but Rios wins the event.

erm...yeah...a guy called Kostya Tszyu would disagree with you there (and don't try and pull the retrospective bs that Tszyu was "shot")

Hatton is better than Rios in every single department

Prime Hatton was when it fought a bunch of bums and it looked like unstoppable. But it stepped up was exposed as a HUGTON. No way it can handle Rios a younger stronger boxer than Callazo. :good Rios is no washed up old Castillo or Tszyu!! Hugton wont win an inside WAR with Rios.

Exactly , Hatton was always overrated due to his massive popularity . Rios beats up any version of Hatton .
