I still want this fight to happen. Should have happened years ago, but better late than never.

Who would win this fight? It'd be this generation's Ward-Gatti.

I guess I'll take Provodnikov. He's got a harder punch and the lack of will Rios showed in the Bradley fight is unsettling.

Ruslan would probably put a severe beating on Rios at this point. I also think Garcia might put Rios into retirement for good.

From what I remember he did look good in his comeback (not the highest level opponent though). I'd like to see what he has left

140 would certainly be best for him, especially with Crawford moving up. Rios can certainly bully and wear down smaller fighters, no idea if he has it in him to boil down though

Provo got schooled by John Molina lol, I think Rios can outbox him too. Rios showed signs of being able to box against Alvarado 3 though Alvarado 3 was a methhead.

Rios is stuck in his ways. He'll get drawn into a firefight and we already know Provo is the more durable of the two. A few years back At 140 id favor rios, now? He'll no.

Rios is definitely shot but what has Provo done lately to make you think that Rios has no chance now? I haven't really been keeping up with him since Molina. But I'm riding with Rios man, even against Garcia lol, I'm loyal to a fault. Rios was my favorite fighter for my generation. My dumbass picked him to beat Pac and Bradley too lol.

Lol... That's my whole point. Hes shot, and Provo is durable as hell. He'd outlast Rios imo, but with Garcia he might do ok at first, but once Danny starts timing him its going to be brutal. Rios has been done at the top level for some time now.

I feel like Provo might be shot too, but yeah Rios is probably more shot. And I have a feeling the Russian keeps in shape and still works hard while Rios is overeating. It also worries me he went back to Robert. I feel like Robert gave up on him and focuses way more on his newer talent and Mikey. Even though Robert is way more knowledgeable than Funez, I think he needed someone like that to push him.
