I didn't know Moses as unbeaten. Acosta is adding quite a few unbeaten scalps to his record. Didn't he knock out Adjaho in 9 aswell when he was unbeaten?
That's the one. I was sure somebody knocked him out. Still a good win even if it was a SD [if he won, I haven't seen the fight]. The way he's ended unbeaten records in the past, including obviousy then fairly-highly-rated Antillon, gives me hope that he can put Rios to sleep.
He better hope he can knock Rios out because I cant see him getting the decision. Rios has a good style for him though, he fights fairly similar to Antillion, albeit a little more refined.
Dude hits hard as **** and can counter well. A style like that seems all wrong for Rios who likes to come forward and gets tagged a bit.
Acosta is a boxer-puncher. He can counter efficiently and has a lot of power too something Peterson lacked to keep Rios off of him. Rios stands a much better chance against Soto than he does with Acosta. Here check out Acosta's systematic destruction of Antillon. Quite impressive. [yt]Lg1VVbPPTYQ[/yt]
I see this fight going a lot like the Peterson fight without the low blows. Brandon fights a seek and destroy style only with people he knows he can seek and destroy. If Acosta can hurt Brandon, then Brandon will become the boxer puncher. If not, he will break Acosta down and him beat up.
