I really wouldn't think about anyone with a loss lined up for his next fight. He lost his last fight to Marquez so he should be a little more careful. Should Pac get past Marquez then Rios is a tailor made opponent that Pac feasted on for years while everyone thought he had a better chance of beating Mayweather. Rios will get annihalated Diaz, Hatton, Cotto style. Guys who will come to engage like that will get busted up.
Yeah it's highly possible that Marquez will get robbed yet again. Marquez is exceptional, especially for a 39 year old, he'll beat Manny again IMO, he's just simply the better fighter. Rios/Pac is a terrible fight, I'd love to see Marquez tear Rios to pieces.
I would love to see this fight but I doubt it comes through. Arum is just saying it to add more interest to Marquez-Pacquaio IV. If Pacquaio does win then we will likely see a Pacquaio-Bradley II fight to settle the other dubious scoring.
i am interested in this fight cos i have never seen manny pac with a decent prime fighter who likes to fight inclose. i can see manny winning most of the rounds but it will be interesting to see how he deals with the pressure later in the fight. i can see this being an absolute war.
Seems pointless feeding Rios to him when he has plenty of options and is still young. Rios V's Garcia/Khan/Mathyesse.......oh hang on, they are all Golden Boy. I hate boxing promoters, they do anything but promote the sport.
