    same result. pointless fight.

Rios should be moving on to bigger and better things, but of course Arum is gonna milk anything he can.

The Bradley fight could have happened and would've been a big fight. Still gonna be a damn good scrap.

I keep wondering what does Rios get out of this fight.
He is taking a step back and jeopardizing a future mega fight with someone like Marquez, Broner,Tim or PAC.
I wonder how much he's making for this fight

Its a win-win for Arum. Alvarado wins he might enter the sweepstakes too for big money fights. Alvarado is bigger, stronger, and hits harder aside from boxing well. He can definitely beat Bam Bam by not fighting in the trenches. Looking forward to this one.

Could go either way but i have a feeling that Rios will outlast him again.

Alvarado can improve on his performance by using his speed and ability to fight at a distance. He was always getting the better of Rios when throwing at long range. The two are always going to collide, so he shouldn't avoid infighting, but his focus should be more on efficiency than power. Once he's there, it would also be good to change the angle on the inside a bit more. Rios's superior craft is what allowed him to out maneuver him on the inside and land more punches downstairs and then upstairs.

Rios would do well to fight a more responsible fight. I think he has it in him, it's just that, in his own words, he "loves getting hit." Garcia is eventually going to advise him better and I think Rios is going to show the same pressure but with less of an open target. Better defense will allow more opportunities for accurate punches while coming forward. I think this outcome is more likely, his ability to cut off the ring probably surpasses Alvarado's defensive footwork.

That's the thing. Rios is underrated in terms of his ability to make people fight his fight. He cuts off the ring VERY well and uses suprising agility to get inside and stay there.

Stupid fight! Neither fighter is going anywhere from this and will only result in a trilogy!

:huh are you mentally handicapped ? A trilogy means that Alvarado gets revenge on Rios and moves closer to a world title and a big fight.

This reminds me of Seth Mitchell jonathon Banks 2. As in you knocked the guy the **** out so why rematch him. Was no controversy the first time around
