MAB is my boy an ATG imo . but come on rios is a beltholder. when u got a belt u dont make title defenses on old shot fighter coming out of retirement . even MAB had one fight sense his comeback n did good . he still fought a can.

a young game fighter should get the fight. rios shoud deffo get it on wit the winner of vasquez and zapp fight. its a no brainer. or sense demarco n him fought on the same nite on shobox that would be a another fighter rios should be matched with .

EM is fighting Maidana, MAB is fighting Rios.

Isn't it ironic that at the twilight of their years, the two Mexicans are still fighting dangerous fights in division they never fought or performed badly? And people are saying it is a massacre.

Both Morales & Barrera are putting their health at risk.... but at least Barrera is giving himself the chance to become a 4 weight champ... Morales isnt even going for a title & even if he wins, will probably leave himself in no fit state to go for that 4th title.

I'd like to see Rios fight the winner of Katsidis-Guerrero. Sadly though, the winner would likely have to somehow attain a one fight release from their G.B. contract for Arum to consider them.

MAB still wants to fight. You don't give him obscure fighters because he might lose. Losing to a no-name guy is much worse than getting a beatdown form a good fighter. Plus it is a reality checker for MAB which may force him to retire finally.

I am sure Barrera won't get hurt badly. He is smart enough for that and Rios does not exactly possess a one punch KO but an accummulative fighter like Margarito.

Maidana vs. Morales is a different matter. Maidana punches hard.
