GBP and Top rank have almost patched things up, they put their first fight together; gamboa vs ponce de leon and oscars saying they will offer jorge linares to arum for Rios so its possible.

i just remembered Soto has left TR and signed with GBP.

if i was golden boy i would say make barrera vs rios and make him look good to get people following him. after maidana vs guerrero whoever wants the fight with rios should get it, that would be a good mainevent fight and there would be no need for rios to fight for peanuts on pacquiao's undercards.

soto would be the best fight for the fans to happen next but promoters will do what makes them the more money and not what we want to see. linares would also be a good fight that could fill up a undercard slot but its whether golden boy want to do it on the undercard of a top rank event instead of an event where they both are promoting.

top rank would make the fight but as long as rios KO's barrera and looks good doing it a fight against any one of maidana or guerrero would be big because of rios' performance against barrera.

Nah I respect guys that do it for the love of the game, he's made enough money but still wants to fight on.

Rather than people wanting to retire early on. i.e Haye & Hatton as much as I like these guys.
