Source? It's common knowledge. Watch his fights. Any time an opponent attempted to move Duran would complain to the ref and they'd be DQ'd. Just watch the Youtube highlights of his rematch with Leonard (the first fight doesn't count because Leonard meant to lose). He quit when his opponent wasn't contractually bound to stay in one spot. The proof is in the pudding.
Good one. Anyway. Duran in a similar manner to how he disposed of Cuevas at a higher weight. Destruction by technique and power punching.
Okay i picked Duran by TKO, because i thought that the thread starter was deluded, but i have now come to my senses and have realised that it was i who was deluded. Rios TKO WAR BAM BAM
Rios by brutal Hearns style KO!!! what you though MUTHA****A? **** what you thought !!! Rios ALL TIME GREATEST African American
To even mention rios and Duran in the same ring is a joke. Duran fought movers. Edwin and Adolpho Viruet were good boxer movers. Duran was expert at cutting off the ring and when it came to fighting in the pocket Duran was a master. he would literalllly tear the raw skilled Rios apart inside of six rounds. Watch duran at lightweight, sure he brawled but it was very controlled. duran''s defese was very underrated. the guy had great head movement and rode the right hand to nullify the power. He was Lightweight Champion for seven years he cleaned up the division. Esteban De jesus was a great boxer puncher. Probably would have been a great champion of his time if not for Duran. Any guy who eats shots like Rios would get brutally knocked oout by Duran at 135. Aside from the two knockdowns at the hands of De Jesus Duran was never really hurt at 135 !
Duran would take him in the parking lot after a short one-sided beating and literally **** him, making him his *****, while all the while retaining his manhood and latin masculinity by being the aggressor. This question doesn't even merit legitimate answers.
atsch What was I thinking. Upon seeing the fight a second time, there's no way Manos de Pluma's hands would come close to buzzing Rios, let alone keeping his relentless and masterful inside game from tearing his body and head apart. Duran is lucky he was born in a weak-ass era.
