    Could happen since JMM is now with TR. Rios wants it and if JMM loses to Pac the next big fight he can get is Rios.

    Who takes it?

    @135 of course.

    Rios, like I said in the other topic. Marquez is not great against crowders, has looked vulnerable and had trouble against Diaz and Kats. What those guys could not do, Rios would. Marquez can't hurt him, and he's not fast enough or durable enough to withstand that pressure. Rios by KO or TKO.

    It really is hard for me to imagine JMM getting TKO'd by Pacquiao let alone Rios.

    Pac is going to ass **** JMM, dude. Seriously, not a competitive fight. You'll see, and everyone will call it a sham.

    Rios would eventually wear him down and batter him.

    Marquez is only going to be declining at this point and he was hurt by the light punching Diaz and dropped by Katsidis. The key here was that these guys aren't particularly resilient and can be deterred by big counter punching.

    This wouldn't be the case against Rios and eventually he would succumb to the pressure. I think opinions on Marquez have been inflated by the excitement of his recent fights, instead of looking at his decline, people instead see one of the most beautiful crowd pleasing styles you could ever see getting into great back and forth tearups (see, competitive fights with unspectacular opposition).

    Rios seem like he was going to tire. I just felt like he was trying to get him out early. He looked pretty drawn out at the weigh in and just think JMM would beat Rios if he doesn't take too much punishment from Pacquiao

    Even at this stage JMM would beat Rios. Rios is a gutsy warrior as tough as they come, but even with his quality wins he doesnt match JMMs level yet. Yes, like a prime Diaz and Katsidis, Rios has a pressure brawler style with an iron chin and yes it seemed to have JMM in trouble at times. But going toe to toe is what JMM excels at and exactly what he wants. Hes naturally smaller than Rios, but Jmm wont have a problem finding him and connecting to the body instead of cracking an unbreakable chin. And even tho Jmm did seem to struggle with brawler styles lets not forget the outcomes. Rios would have his moments, but hed get schooled by Jmm and pay for his mistakes with clean counters by Jmm. Jmm SD12 in a classic.

    Actually I think JMM would find Brandon super easy to hit and he might just tee off on him like a mother****er, depending on how much is left of JMM when they meet. Rios has proved he's an exciting fighter, he hasn't proven he's a great fighter. He's been a little wobbled in his last two fights against guys less powerful and FAR less accurate and skilled than JMM. I like Rios, but peeps r getting carried away a bit.
