Could watch JMM take apart come forward pressure fighters all day.
FOTY candidate with possible few tense moments at the start but eventually the accuracy would just be too much for Rios who would take a hellacious amount of punishment.

 

Rios has the size and jaw to last the distance but gets outpointed in a great fight

Rios is very good when matched against someone who trys to tough it out with him. Acosta, Murray etc. As soon as he fights a Boxer puncher he will get knocked out, promise you. Marquez would leave Rios a bloody mess with straight accurate shots, and I'd pick Robert Guererro to do the same.

 

I agree with Marquez, but Rios takes out Guerrero IMO.

 

Jmm is the one of the only guys with enough heart to survive rios' onslaught, however that does not guarantee a win.

 

I actually think Rios would end up retreating from Marquez.

 

very predictable fight, and wouldn't get marquez that much credit. Rios is made for a guy like jmm. Morales at this point even has a better chance than rios, marquez has fought guys who fight like rios a lot of times.

 

Morales vs Rios would be very intresting.
