Have you seen all the people who are eating up Pac vs Rios? Why would Arum make Rios vs Matthysse happen when he can feed Rios to Manny and then Bradley? Rios will fight Pac, get destroyed, have a comeback fight, win, then Arum will feed him to Bradley, who will beat him up, and that will set up the Pac vs Bradley 2 fight. The set ups are shamelessly transparent.

Garcia is the best in the division (along with Bradley). Rios has not done enough in the division to be considered the best. Entertaining does not equate to the best.
