    He was the best I ever saw at throwing that short, sneaky, inside right hand. Man that was an evil punch. It was powerful. His challenge was to get inside to get it off. Nobody wanted to taste that punch.

    That punch almost won him the HW title against Holyfield after he badly staggered Evander with it in the 3rd round.

    I wonder if Ray Mercer remembers that short chopping right that Coop broke his jaw with. Of course he does but he probably doesn't want to

    He was 53 , same age as me. Scary how many of these guys don't make it to old age. He was still fighting in 2012.
    Takes its toll I guess.
    Pancreatic cancer.
