    Ortiz has 5 wins over HOF fighters such as Flash Elorde, Ismael Laguna, Joe Brown, Duilio Loi, and Sugar Ramos (arguably 6 if you count Nicolino Locche). That's greater than Bazooka's best wins IMO.
