    Can't believe I didn't find this out until today when my brother asked me "I wonder what Bazooka Quartey is up to these days?" so I looked it up and he passed away 2 weeks ago! What the hell, unknown circumstances it seems and he passed away in the UK? Rest in Peace Bazooka. :boxing:

    I loved his style, him and Oskee jabbing eachother over 12 rounds was one of my fave fights watching live early on as a boxing fan.

    (I couldn't find a thread on the forum for this so)

    No, those reports were false, it was his older brother, also named Ike Quartey that died.

    I would, but his brother an Olympic medalist was a boxer as well, and he deserves a tribute.

    What a bizarre video. Imagine being Ike Quartey, mouring your brother at a train station for some reason, surrounded by guys babbling nonsense trying to explain how it was actually your brother who died two weeks ago.

    I kind of know the feeling, one of my sisters is 34 years older than me, granted I was adopted by my grandparents... and she's technically my aunt. :lol:
