    A fighter is only as good as his trainer, yet the death of trainers sometimes goes unnoticed RIP George Benton who passed away yesterday most probably from complications caused by pneumonia.

    Georgie Benton is one of the if not the best trainer in boxing

    he trained holyfield, sweet pea, meldrick taylor and countless others.

    he mentored top trainers such as ronnie shields, tommy brook and roger bloodworth.

    Tyson should have took up his offer to train him for his fights with Holyfield!!!!

    He was also a fantastic fighter, much overlooked taking into account the Middleweight era he was in. Genuinely a sublime defensive fighter.
