    Wow I just made a post about Patterson Ellis yesterday and how thankfully there are no more one judge/ref decisions in boxing. RIP.

    RIP True Warrior. Great hall of famer who fought the likes of quarry, Ali, Frazier and Patterson.

    Started as a Middleweight!

    Met him years ago (even checked out his Gospel record). Very cool dude.

    Had him sign a Ring with him and Frazier on.

    Died at 74 after suffering from dementia for more than a decade. It's a shame that all boxers don't get the respect they deserve for stepping into the ring from the so-called fans of the sport.
