Just heard that Joe Becerra passed away yesterday. Great bantam. Would have been something if he had hung around to fight Jofre. Apparently the death of Walt Ingram at his hands had an effect on him and bailed early. Was the cousin of 'El Gato' Gonzalez. Gonzalez always said it was he who taught him the left hook to the liver.
