    What a shame. I loved his character. Ps-he was Rocky's trainer in IV if I'm not mistaken.

    Great call. Love him in that movie.

    The "potatoes" scene is classic.

    He tried to keep Apollo in check with that crazy ego.

    As well as playing 'Duke' in numerous Rocky films, and 'Wells' in the classic John Carpenter film Assault on Precint 13 (original 1976), I also remember him being in Stir Crazy with Pryor and Wilder.
