Yeah that was the case and it seems like our boxing culture is growing pretty nicely. We were happy to host such a big events like Froch-Abraham and Povetkin-Boswell :good And now when Asikainen retired we have Helenius who is a new boxing icon here in Finland. And some other good prospects too :good

Finnish heavyweight Jarno Rosberg is currently sparring with Wladimir Klitschko in germany. :good Steward said that they have had best sparring partners since Peter 1 camp! Kinda cool thing for Rosberg and steward said that Jarno is his favourite sparrer for wlad. Steward also took him to the pressconfrence with Wlad and introduced him for the media and said: ''Remember this name!'' :good

Some bad news: Eva Wahlstroms career might be in a danger cause she was desiased with a lungs thrombus (if this is a right word) and she's life was in real danger but thanks god it seems that Eva will recover! Go Eva!!!!!

Tomorrow ''Finnish butterbean'' Janne Katajisto will face the toughest challenge of his career when he meets Danny Williams. Williams is shot to **** and In my opinion should not fight anymore but it's kinda cool to see him fight here in Finland. And this fight could be interesting: Katajisto is not a world beater. Could Williams pull of an upset? Maybe.

Next week Juho Haapoja will defend his EU-title against Francesco Versaci(18-1 Italy)

Undercard includes: Jussi Koivula, Jarno Rosbeg (Had a great camp with W. Klitschko) and Eemeli Katajisto.

Check out our country's fighters! I would be more than happy to hear some opinions :good Boxing is a rising sport here in Finland and I hope someday we see a Finn fighting for a world title! That's a dream of mine.

    Today's card:

    http://boxrec.com/show_display.php?show_id=649550

Juho Haapoja - Franceso Versaci 12 rounds EU-title
Jarno Rosberg - Ivica Perkovic 8 rounds
Jussi Koivula - Giorgi Ungiadze 8 rounds
Alan Higgins - Richard Hajdu 4 rounds
Eemeli Katajisto - Jozsef Orsos 4 rounds

It's interesting to see Jarno Rosberg fighting again. He had a great camp with younger Klitschko.. And Steward praised him -- ''Remember this name''

    Tyson Fury
    Matthew Macklin

Basically the only two "Irish" fighters anyone in the 00's has ever heard of. Both hyped to **** by you island monkeys before getting exposed, both English in reality, and both learnt to fight there instead of that gypsy infested shithole of glass jaw galore. :deal

    Macklin and Fury? That it?

You mean the only two that you heard of.

Before gettin exposed as what and by who?

If you really knew anything about "gypsies" you'd know they'd probably be better fighters if they trained with them.. well Fury actually did, he's a traveller and his dad was a bare knuckle boxer.

"glass jaw galore"? You wanna give me a few examples of that aswell?

Listen, Im not gonna take you seriously about Boxing when your from Finland. Get a clue about what/where your talkin about before you post stupid comments.

By John Mc****ingDermott and Jamie ****ing Moore

I know about gypsies, Irish monkeys who can't fight worth a **** who in between ****ing their sisters in their caravans have a "fight" that would make fight between two +80 year old women with ****ing parkinsons look like Bowe-Holyfield

Every single Irish person ever, you've spent your history getting bummed by a bunch of tea sipping ***gots across the lake east of you

You should, Finland >>>>>> Ireland on every level possible :deal

Did you not see the rematch with McDermott? You know, the one where he knocked him out? And have you not seen him beat Derek Chisora from pillar to post, you know Chisora? The fighter that really did expose your man Helenius.. you joke. And have you not seen Macklin since that fight with Moore? Robbed against Sturm and was beating Martinez before being pulled out? Are you serious? And exposed as what? What where they exposed as? Travellers cant fight? Big words from the safety of your bedroom pal. You'd run a mile if you came face to face with a Traveller.. thats a fact! Do you know anything about our history? If you do then tell me how that story ended..

"Finland >>>>>> Ireland on every level possible"? Tell me how? Dont skip over it either, I want you to tell me how.

And you haven't answered my other question.. Where did you get "glass jaw galore" from??

Take a seat pal, you know nothing.
