Its much better than it used to be and on par with watching tennis or horse racing on tv now, the bookies friend is the slight difference in what has happened and what you're watching.

 

Bookies are 10 secs minimum ahead of live TV for shafting people betting in-play.

Remember not long ago, a Golf Tournament in the UK live on Sky when I got a call from a mate in Sweden trying to get ahead on the betting. Would you believe his pics in Sweden were 50 secs ahead of Sky in the UK for a tournament in the UK and I done well that day getting the fast info. from him.

The technology is there but the public get shafted by Sky Sports and TNT Sports with slow pics. Premier Sports showing the recent Madrid Derby were 12 secs ahead of ITV4 for the same game!!!

DAZN UK is usually a sensational 60 secs behind the live event.

Catterall vs Prograis is already on the seat filler sites with over 2 weeks before fight night - desperate,desperate stuff.

These sites are usually used in the last couple of days before a show not selling well to try to pad out a couple of blocks of seats that might look a bit empty otherwise on tv. At worst if it's really bad maybe the Monday before fight night.

To be giving away masses of tickets over 2 weeks before the show is wild - it must of completely tanked at the box office

Neither Catterall or Prograis sell tickets. On paper its a good fight but there is no interest.

Matchroom has the same problem with Yafai vs Edwards.

Absolute insanity. All he did was just post other people’s news and he’s probably made an absolute tonne from flogging the account. I’m equal parts sickened and impressed by the gall of it.

 

I know he reads this place, so two messages to Michael Benson.

1 - You clearly worked hard at that account over many years, so credit for achieving an 'exit'.
2 - You did it by leeching other people's breaking news in the scummiest of ways. What you could have done was quote tweeted, replied, or retweeted news broken by actual journalists - you know, benefitting yourself while also crediting the hand that fed you. Instead what you did was write a tweet as if it were your own, without a direct link to wherever you found the news. That tweet got traction. Then some time later, you mentioned the source, again without a direct link.

You are a plagiarist, pure and simple, and I hope karma bites you on the arse professionally for it.

 

Was about to make a thread about this and think it deserves its own thread remarkably enough.

The fact that this absolute imposter of a “journalist” will have made money from sitting in his bedroom retweeting and copying videos is genuinely scandalous.
