I respect your opinion, but refrain from downplaying his accomplishments because of your personal distaste for him. Nutswinger??? I have my own so I'll keep tuggin on those. Anyway we agree to disagree, whether he was all that or not he was the best of his era.

I don;t mind disagreement, as long as the debate is constructive and the debater are parcial to the facts and records, not the bull**** you usually get at ESB....it in fun...and I am ready to talk and debate why I think Galindez would ahve the upper hand on RJJ.....

Now we both agree that even though he might UD some of the ones he shopuld win and the ones that I can pick'n type, the fights would be incredibly competitive and they would force RJJ to work for 3 minutes on each round....specially Galindez.....Marvin Johnson.....I mean all of them......

Let see Pugilsiticspecialist, understood the nature of the thread, he posted his analysis, and I know he spend a little bit of time looking at the matches in a inparcial way to arrive to his conclusion...now that's what the thread and for that matter ESB should be ....and you just not communicate at this level of boxing, your level is simple Im like RJJ and I he is good regardless what you say...and he is ATG, and your points are not valid---that's a summary of all your po9st whn it comes to RJJ....

rather than, he O-man, I understand your points theya re valid, but I disagree, rather than...well that's a an ignorant comment...you say that a lot....is part of your MO....

spend the time analysising a match and maybe I will tak eyour olpinion seriously....show me that you k now what youa re talking about other than well I read ti and it must be so....

You want to have a cordial debate. Stop insulting people who disagree with you. Stop exaggerating what they say. If not, get over it. I don't have to validate your points. Pugilist was nice to you because you didn't call him a racist, a hypocrite, and whatver else you have called me in the past.

Jones is a great fighter. You don't agree. Who's problem is that? It's not mine. It's not your problem that I think he is.

Don't tell me what ESB should be about. It should be about cordial debate. Not repeating yourself and calling people anything you can when you get frustrated. Pardon me for not caring enough to write an analysis you will dismiss because we disagree fundementally on the participants.

He'd have definitely beaten Rossman and Lopez and I'd definitely favour him over Galindez, who was a bit slow despite being very strong. But all the others are more than capable of going at least 1-1 against him. The power of Spinks, Foster, the great jab of Conteh, would have at least a 50/50 shot. Qawi, I think, could do a Griffin (I) on him. Great era for the 175 division and, as I've mentioned previously, Jones never impressed me as much at 175, and the division was so ****-weak- as it usually has been throughout boxing history (the 70s and 40s excepted).

Did I have a discordial debate with Pugilistspecialist, no why, because we were talking boixing, he preseted his issues in favor on his opinion, and it was clear and consice with no bull **** or nuthugging it was to the point...no bull****...

Now you preach about respecting other peoples opinion, and cordialy agreeying with it, well I did presented my case for RJJ with many points and fact as well as historical cross references and you still can handle that..and it has to be that I hate RJJ.....NOT BECUASE I TRULLY BELEIVE THAT AFTER ANALYSIS WHAT I KNOW, HELP ME ARRIVED TO MY DESICION...

and this is not only your problem but all the other huggers that can't handle someone that just don;t see it that way...in that case me....and maybe 5 more or what ever....

Is a two way street, but with you is always your way...hell if I am not going to get **** of your arrogant comments...you push I push back is just my style...I don;t get to get push or force into anything....and that's the way i like it....

So my opinion about RJJ, you now it, yet , I must be crazy or hater...you can;t handle it!!:deal

It was a waste of talent that RJJ period at LHW was so empty on talent....it was sad...becuase we all would have gain to see RJJ match against equally talented boxer of that period-----can you imagine....since they all fought each other and abised each other in several occssions, can you imagine:

the rubber match Marvin Johnson v. RJJ III, or Qawi v. Jones II....Conteh v. RJJ III or Michael Spinks v RJJ II ...hell that would have been fun....

If he would have held his own during this period, which he should with a number of the them, his place in boxing history would ahve been solidify without any argument or negativitiy..now that would ahve been resume that would have been ahrd to top!!

Did you not call everyone who disagreed with you blind nuthuggers? Did you not call me a racist and not part of my own race? Did you not ask me a question, then upon my answering you called me a liar because I still didn't agree with you? And now your bitching about someone saying you hate Jones?:lol::lol::lol:

When you want a cordial debate, you won't dismiss other's opinions as nuthuggery. You did present a detailed analysis. As did I prior to this thread. You dismissed it and therefore I see no reason to make any effort here. You cast many stones. Don't try and play innnocent now.

Absolutely not, I am as guilty as you are, at least I can admited, with you...well that's anotehr story....

The attacks always starts from the RJJ defender......"You are ****ing blind..everyone that doesn;t have RJJ is an idiot..."hell I don;t need to go over them once again, I am sure you have read them....or maybe not...who knows...the facts are that the post are there for everyone to read and come theo their own conclusion on who starts the name calling and who fill offended when I said and present MY EVIDENCE on why he is not....top 100 ATG...then you pull the typical responce: Well everyone else does.....I pull my responce....well I don;t ...back and forth....and give you a chance to come clean and analised the matches according to your knowledge to bulked at the chance...spin spin ...and her we are again...Deja ****ing VU all over again.....

No, I admit guilt when I make a mistake. My retaliation is just that, retaliation. Did you or did you not call me a racist in a thread that had nothing to do with you when I was conversating (not even debating) with a new member who said he was Puerto Rican? You said t"You really don't like Puerto Rican's" My response was that I am 1/2 Puerto Rican and then you went on to try and lecture me on how I was not Puerto Rican enough and didn't like my heritage because I didn't display it like you do.

Right then and there, I basically decided what type of poster I was dealing with. That was a pathetic personal attack.

As for the attacks always start from RJJ defenders? Here is your first post in the RJJ Top 100 ATG thread.

Already you start dismissing others opinions and calling them huggers. I have also, and people can attest to this, given you a rundown of his resume. Others have as well, and you edit them and put in red next to the names "Chump" and "overrated". So again....no spinning here. I just have no desire to give you an analysis when I already know your response.

Nice try....why you don;t try the acutal first post before you go on with your spins.....once again youa re spinning.....

By posting a resume, it really doesn't tell the entire story, it simply outline the journey but does not explain the journey....and that's the problem...everyone that is a RJJ fan already has a precomceptual idea of RJJ...they can let go.....

And yes many of them start by calling names when I said that I don;t care when 100 RJJ huggers get together to discredit adn insult anyone that dare to stand on the coronation of their idol...please....yes I will highlite them on red anytime some of this chumps attack my opion on this issue...they all so authoritative when it comes with thier analisys of RJJ and so do you.....

I call you a rascist becuase you are always against Puerto Ricans, I also mentioned that I taught you wwere shame of your Puerto Rican heritage becuase you atack Puerto Ricans more than any mother ehtnic group...so I express my opinion from the tone and character of your responces on this issue.....

I am always against Puerto Ricans? Yah, Cotto is one of the only three fighters I pay to see cuz I hate PR's. Maybe you mean I am always against YOU. And that equates to my hating Puerto Ricans? That's pathetic. You had no basis to call me that and you know it. The guy I was chatting with at the time was Puerto Rican and we weren't even arguing, just talking about his favorite boxers. My tone and responses on THIS issue (meaning RJJ) have to do with my not agreeing with you, not what race you are. You care far more about race than I do.

The first ACTUAL post of the top 100 thread was this.

    Was that offensive to you?

Look at what you post. You get pissy when someone attacks your analysis and is "authorative" after you call them nuthuggers and blind and say you are right and they are wrong. Really, get over it. The point is, I have given you a detailed analysis on his resume, not only listing the names but their accomplishments. You dismiss them....so I stopped bothering.

I dismissed them in similar fashion do my points, using your typical responce "that's your opinion, those are not facts" when indeed they are facts...

One time you mentioned you are half Puerto Rican..and you also admited no knowing much about Puerto Ricans...I am not going to go there.....

Anyway, look at all the post and clearly see how sensitive RJJ fans reallya re...when I wrote that thread initially..all the RJJ fans came down with a vengeance...all I said was that they are the most sensitive...becuase they are....and bang.......

So beofer you point a finger or throw a stone...get the data straight......:deal

Oh I have it straight. You made a thread about RJJ fans being sensitive. Did you do that to entice intelligent debate? No, you didn't. If I said all Trinidad fans are sensitive, I suppose you wouldn't respond? Aren't you sensitive considering that by my arguing with you you called me a racist?

And what I said about not knowing Puerto Rican's was that I didn't know my Puerto Rican father for 15 yrs or that I was even 1/2 Puerto Rican because my black father adopted me when he married my mother when I was 6 months old. Was there something racist about that? Does this mean I was not interested in my Puerto Rican heritage once I found out? I even said that I am learning all I can from my father when I see him, which isn't often. You can't tell someone they aren't "really Puerto Rican cuz they are only 1/2" and you can't say someone is ashamed of their heritage because they don't go around saying their race. (something else you said to me) There is no reason to go around saying what race you are. "Hi guys, I am puerto rican, lets talk about HW's". What you said was off base. Period. Like I said, you can't find an instance of me being against ANY race. I am bi racial and so is my wife (white/native american). You care far more about race than I do. :bart

Your opinion of someone's resume is not a fact. It's simply your assessment. I dismissed it as fact because it's not. I never dismissed the assessment itself. Just the part where you say "Thats a fact" cuz it is. You calling someone a chump or overrated is not factual. I don't agree with your assessment. And the only reason you think I spin things is because I word things carefully. I say exactly what I mean. If you stop reading into it, you wouldn't have that problem. And don't tell me you don't read into things. You called me a racist by reading into comments.

We all read inot thing here, that's a fact..some more than others but everyone those....so you are half black...I always found that statement very interesting..for a a person that choose their words carefully you ahve to agree that saying : I am half black is a very intereting way of describing your heritage......

I will tell you that I am not a racist, but I will raise my voice immidietly if I see someone saying anything bad about my heritage or my country in my prescence ...I will not tolerated that..end of the stroy.....

In Puerto Rico, we don;t have rascism...we are what we are and we ll live in racial harmony, my Dad is dark dark, my mom is faired skin, I am the litest skin of my family ...I took my Moms side ofthe family....my kids are mix also......and I was sure that they understood their PR heritage and be proud of it......but they are American , since they were born in the USA..but theur cultural roots is clear with them and understand where I came from and where they came from....I was always was explain to them my heritage and culture....they visit PR with me to visit our family many times.....
