    After the fight with Hall

HALL: What's happened is at the time when I fought Roy Jones Jr. he tested positive for steroids and the WBA was supposed to strip him, that never came around...

And then RJJ fails another test after the John Ruiz fight....again nothing happens.

Jones never failed a test after the Ruiz fight to my knowledge. I think you made that up.

As for Hall, Jones tested positive in the first sample, and not positive in the 2nd sample, which is why nothing happened for it. BTW, Hall tested positive for that fight. He had double the amount of steroids in his system that night than Jones tested positive for. Jones claimed he used Ripped Fuel, which from my understanding can cause a positive test.

Next time, get it all out there, not just the part you want people to read.

Really you truly are going down the path of stupidity .. Fact yes Rjj failed a Steroid urine test .. Fact its was never proven what caused him to fail the test since there was never any written document of what way in his system , only that failed the test.
Fact... Rjj never failed a test after that document was written and still managed to capture the heavy weight champion ship at 198 pounds.
Intrepid that fact as you want, but those are the facts no more no less.
Fact: Roids do not make up for boxing skill , Nor has Roy appeared on any mailing list for receiving roids.

Fact: Hall also failed the test 4x over the limit a limit, he percentage was higher then Rjj at the time of there fight . Rjj never failed the Steroid test when he fought for the heavy weight championship.

Jacob Hall - Commissioner of Indiana Boxing

Jacob Hall: "Both of them did. Roy Jones tested positive for steroids. He was five or six times over an acceptable level. Hall was about ten times above an acceptable level. He didn't mention that in his interview (the now infamous interview of July 18 with Bragging Rights Corner and Doghouse Boxing).

A letter was sent to both (Jones and Hall). The Indiana Boxing Commission followed up - I talked to Jones' people and said we were going to declare the fight a no-contest, suspend and fine him. And at that time, Jones' attorney Fred Levin and the Indiana Attorney General's office got involved.

Indiana has no law on drug testing as probably the majority of the states in the U.S. do not. The drug testing company sent us the results. Most states that don't have drug testing laws, the test results go back to the sanctioning bodies. I think most people are surprised at that. What do the sanctioning bodies do when they get positive test results? Suspend? Fine? They didn't in this case. And there's no way you're going to know about it.

Through his attorney, Jones admitted he had been taking an over-the-counter product called Ripped Fuel. That's not illegal but it is an anabolic steroid according to the IBF and other other sanctioning bodies.

So he did test positive. He did take Ripped Fuel.

Whether that's what he took or not we don't know, but he did test positive and admitted to taking a steroid.

The IBF chose to do nothing. They wanted a second test to be done. But why take a second test when he failed the first one and admitted to taking a steroid? That's where it ended.

No action was taken. Nobody did anything.

We couldn't take action (because there is no drug testing law in the state of Indiana) but what we agreed to was before his next two fights, Roy Jones would submit the results to more drug tests to Indiana. One fight was in Louisiana and those results were negative. And the other was in California, and those results were negative.

What surprised me about this is that the IBF chose not to do anything. And I have documents...what I'm saying, I can back-up. So I'm not concerned with that. "

So at the end of the day he did take steroids.

Guys seriously are you blind ?

Roy Jones JR took performance enhancing steroids.

He's not the fighter we all thought he was.

    Get over it.

As far as I know, Ripped Fuel is perfectly legal, or was at the time. He never tested positive again or before that. You basically made up the test after the Ruiz fight. You always test 2 samples BTW.....that is the the procedure in every sport I know of.

How is Hall going to complain after testing even higher himself? Like Jones had an unfair advantage?

And don't tell us the American media covered it up lol, they have been witch hunting more famous and less famous athletes than Jones Jr for a while now. That theory holds no water.

All I see is someone trying to tear down a legacy based on one test over a legal supplement and making other stuff up because he realizes his case is pretty weak.

I just don't know the agenda yet. It will come out.

Ripped Fuel is an anabolic steroid. Wasnt illegal to buy at the time, but not sanctioned by the IBF.

And how do we know thats all he was taking ?

Look, they change the testings in 2002 to deal with what BALCO was putting out (the clear etc..) and Roy Jones suddenly becomes very ordinary.

Jones vs Tarver 1 was not a complete and utter robbery.

Somehow by kicking and screaming Tarver managed to convince some people that he won that fight.
