Probably prime for prime, roy jones is the best. Prime roy is something mind blowing.

In my heart toney has a special place too. Such a unique fighter, his style is so... toney... gotta love him.

I was a big fan of hopkins back then, now, I'm not so much.

I never liked calzage, tbh, I think he's overrated as F.

Voted Calzaghe for consistency and because he actually beat Jones, but I suspect RJJ will top the poll and I can understand why.

Man Jones was really something special. Got to go with him. Prior to the later career ko's. I'll take Calzaghe next. Depends on what you are looking at..so at some point it is subjective. Then Hopkins, then Toney. Calzaghe's style appealed to me. It suit him and he took it to a very high level. As I look at it , I could be tempted to change it ....every 30 minutes. Each of these fighters were great...each had limitations that upon examination might tempt someone to change the placing.

You have to have Roy as no.1 on that list.

why is cowardzaghe bottom ? seems unfair, he beat jones just like enzo and lebedev did (though not as impressively).

you really gotta add enzo and lebedev to the calzaghe option.

    Jones
    Hopkins
    Toney
    Calzaghe

Really don't see how anyone could come up with anything other than that. Roy easily top, Calzaghe clearly bottom. The only slight pause for thought is Hopkins and Toney, depending how much you emphasise all-round talent and peak abilities, even if that peak was short. But for overall career it's got to be Hopkins.
