    I rate Foster as the 2nd best H2H LHW (Jones is not in my top 5) right behind (rightly or wrongly) Spinks.

    The LHW division is such a hard division to rate the best since you had a number of great LHW in different eras, you also Ezzard Charles, the old mongoose, Bob Foster, Micheal Spinks, even Michael Moore, Conn, Chegui Torrez, the Philly boys of the late 70's....the divison has a rich histor of great boxer, but no one has the KO % of Bob Foster if you take out all the HW fights he fought, which are the mayority of his loses on his career...his KO % is in the mid 90%...impressive
