Yeah, I noticed GFL picked it up.

I'd pay $7.99 or maybe even drop a tenner (considering FNF is delayed two hours past its usual time and this would kill some of that) - but I'm not paying $20 for shot RJJ.

LOL. There is a pattern with Roy now. When he lets his hands go, he has success, when he shells up in the high guard, is when he gets pounded and hurt. Roy needs to hang them up, if he can't get in good enough shape to have a high output. When he lets his hands go a decent amount of times in a round, he seems to win them. He needs to sit down on his shots more too. His hands are still faster then any other cruiserweights. He just isn't mobile, and doesn't have the defensive reflexes anymore.

Yes, because his output isn't at that level because of his stamina and him being 900 years old.

Roy having a tune up against a can, as opposed to a solid fringe contender doesn't help him at all. He can get better work in sparring sessions.

Do you think if Roy had retired after Ruiz he would of stayed retired and could be content with his legacy?

I often think he keeps fighting to try and gain back the aura he lost and maybe he feels if he gets it back he can retire .

Or like every other old ass fighter not named Hopkins he is dead broke and fighting for a living wage?

Roy should have retired after beating Ruiz.

Adamek should have stayed at Cruiser and unified.

Mayweather should have fought Pacquiao six years ago.

    etc.

Nobody thinks about legacy nowadays. :-(

    $$ talks.

"Fight over. Fight way over. Second round KO. Roy waits, waits, plays to the crowd and then unleashes the speed. Thus does the fight end."

And there you have it. :conf
