Make no mistake, Jones is well past shot.
All the sparring smoke and mirrors make no difference In the world.

I never trust a workout where the pads seem to be moving more than the fighter's gloves. Just seems like a gimmick to give the illusion of having much more speed than they do.

I have a weird feeling that the fight won't happen and will be called off

RJJ at 51 year old has some of the fastest hands the Heavyweight division has ever seen.

What do you expect from a guy that uses the name spadafora? A name linked to men shooting pregnant women.

True, for a man in his 50's he looks great. But his movement looks horrible. He has no legs. He's got that movement that old shot fighters have in their legs. Which is because...he's an old, shot fighter.
Also, these video are intentionally deceptive. He throws a few punches (and the pad holder is helping by meeting half way to make everything seem faster) , then there's a camera cut, then it shows him throwing a few punches... Let's see him do a full round of work, and you'll see a guy that looks good for his age, but not good for a fighter.

I think the vid has been slightly sped up. You can tell with the jerky movement by the coach and the camera man in the background.

I saw the original longer vid, he didn’t look that fast.

Watching the exhibition and Roy looked dire, like he couldn't do anything he was trying to do anymore.

Total smoke and mirrors like @MrFoFody said.
