    When he let his hands go and threw combinations Rahman looked decent, he just allowed Sanchez to smother him inside too much.

    My overall impression was that I wasn't blown away by C3 when considering his pedigree, but when you temper it with his inexperience (having only really fought a dozen complete rounds before tonight, and versus jabronies) and him only being 25, he could definitely improve. The hand speed, the digging down deep to withstand the cut and close strong, and the uppercut were all positive takeaways. :thumbsup:

    And yes, this is the son of consensus p4p top 15 legend Manos di Piedra himself - and even goes by "Roberto Durán Jr." professionally, despite that not being his name - but a lot of the hype for him cooled off when he lost his fourth pro bout to a 1-6 fighter back in 2019.

    Moreno looks like he hit puberty literally last week.

    Pros and cons for Moreno...

    He's a fluid switch-hitter, and can move well. ++
    He's feather-fisted and light in the backside. --

    Both rounds have been close, "Durán Jr." seems pretty lazy, unwilling to put in work to cut the ring off. He may have just edged the 1st but he loses round 2 as Moreno nettles him with left or right jabs on the belly from outside, depending on stance.

    19-19

    Precisely why he was selected as Duran's opponent!

    Durán Jr. has twice as much experience as Sharif Rahman but half the work rate, speed and heart. Only thing he really has going for him might be power, suggested by his 70% kayo rate and Moreno's terrified scrambling reactions to his thus far mostly just grazing shots.
