RJJ Promotions: Ray Valentino Ximénez, Jr. vs. Luis Alberto López Vargas RBR

I mean, the anthem itself actually is foreign (to her and her people) in this case. That said, the qualitative standards of vocalists within her tribe are clearly...uh, different, from in our culture.


I support the idea on paper (I'm very pro-Native American issues), but..

 

I've been chuckling at that all night. Has scored every match. That's gonna be one sore Dinger finger.

 

And purple hair, takes some cojones to pull that off.

 

Round 1

López is on the attack early, landing a couple of lunging 1-2s and stuffing a left hook in, nestled against the cheek of Ximénez even as the latter traps it by squeezing it to his shoulder. López now getting countered as Ximénez starts to carry both arms low to bait him and then explode with combos off the hips while sallying forth and then bounding off laterally in an outward spiral to get separation and reset. López feints with the jab, then flings himself forth with a mighty thrust on the right cross, missing overhead as Ximénez ducks and springs off the ropes, countering low. Ximénez caught with a left hook.

Round 2

López is throwing right hand leads while stepping to his right. Ximénez batting down the left jab of López, parrying with his right. Ximénez ducks inside and works the body. Mix of uppercuts and straight rights by López, now fighting backing up. Ximénez is pinching his palms together over the right hand, trapping it, and countering with his own. Right hand downstairs and left hook up top proves a very successful combo for Ximénez, pressing López into the ropes. Ximénez works the body with his free left hand as their dominant arms get ensnared, López also plugging away low with his right.
