Roy Jones is not the same guy anymore what he used to be. I know that, you don't have to tell me that. And yes, Omar Sheika sucks. But this is STILL one of my favourites rounds of Jones. Shieka is shot to **** (even more then Roy) and was nothing to right home about in his heyday. Although if Jones is to continue fighting he should be in the ring with people like Sheika, where he can scratch that itch, have fun and not get hurt. stay away from anyone who can hit back if you're not gonna retire.
This is where Roy fooled himself, he thought he can do this against A class fighters and got a rude awakening! Its obvious 1 shot here 1 shot there does not do anything if you dont put you punches together like he use to do.
