Bauderlique is getting off a jab or two and maybe a chopping left before Ngumbu has gummed him up. The crowd is roaring its disapproval. Both men work their free hands, mostly just rapping their knuckles backhanded against each other's gobs while still entangled. Head clashes getting frequent, mostly Ngumbu's fault as he sort of grinds and billy-goats in while hugging Bauderlique, but he's getting the worst of them, cut on the brow.

Round 12

Bauderlique is hopping from the ball of one foot to another, avoiding Ngumbu's clinches as much as he can, ramping jabs down into the forehead. Ngumbu charges in and grabs Bauderlique practically around the ankles (exaggerating there, a little poetic license, but he is clasping hands around Bauderlique's behind and rarely getting higher than his waistband). Ngumbu wastes another three minutes of my life as Bauderlique just waits for the ref's breaks and then works the paddle-ball right jab on the outside, a few clubbing lefts and right hooks mixed in.
