Floyd-Dapidran is a total mismatch. Judah and Corley at least had some size on Floyd. Neither man presented major problems, and they were dominated in the end. Fundamentally they are better than Pac. PAc has no advantage over Floyd and would be overmatched like JMM was. Shane has a punchers chance at least. They asked JMM who would win between Floyd and Pac. JMM said two different styles: Floyd is a great defensive fighter who is fast, and PAc is all offense who runs at you with no skill...lol. JMM gave us our answer.

Sorry I'm not up on this thread but just wanted to add.

The Beauty of this statement is that Roach shrugs off Floyds performace against Marquez because of the wieght..but Floyd's not gonna get any smaller so its the same size fighter his man will have to face when they fight. So I wouldn't go down playing his performance just yet there Freddy cause its the same dude you'll have to deal with if you can get past an equally large Cotto.

P.S. is anyone else tierd of Roach saying he "didn't even watch the fight". I mean with the amount of fights this guy doesn't its wonder he even knows whats going on in boxing.

 

Yeah one of the british fight writers, Graham Houston, had commented in his column that Floyd looked like he had put on more muscle since his retirement. And that Floyd kinda confirmed this to be true when he asked him.
