I think Floyd fought Marquez to see where his abilities are at and to shake off ring rust. He wanted to be sharp, Mayweather fighting a top welterweight after a long layoff wouldn't be a good idea.

 

I want to see Void fight someone who is good, not a flyweight either. Void refused to fight Cotto, Mosely, Margarito, Pac, etc.

 

the thing is, coming back from retirement, you need to go for at least b level welterweights.

when tyson came back, he did not fight rjj did he. he fought against the likes of botha.

the point is, when you "unretire", you come back against fighters your own weight, not 2 weightclasses lower.

if pac retires now, 30 years old and comes back after 12 months just as pbf did. would you be applauding if he came back and fought a career 126 fighter who is 36 years old, with size, reach and weight disadvantage.

So obviously you havent ever stepped in the ring. Nonetheless, its not gonna matter because Floyd wont fight Shane, he'll use some bull**** excuse about having 5 losses or hes a business man. But he'd be more than happy to fight Pac, someone much smaller than him..again. Im more of a Floyd fan than I am Pac, saying that Pac is too small for Floyd and you'll see the same result as when he fought JMM. Im not interested in seeing him fight Pac. I want to see him fight actual welterweight champions.

I dont understand you...how does he beat everyone from 147 down without fighting them? 147: Cotto, Clottey, Mosley, Margarito(before his suspension)Berto, Williams...these 147 lb fighters..all i hear Floyd talk about fighting is Pac...not 147 lb fighter. Id even go as far to say if he fights and beats one of those Id give him the best fighter of his generation label. Until he does..stop making bull**** claims that neither he nor you can back up.

Ive yet to see you credit any other boxer than Floyd. Yet you'll talk **** about every other boxer. You do the same thing that you accuse everyone else of doing.
