I could have swore you were rooting for Pacquiao before the fight, but maybe I have you confused with someone else...... In any regards, it seems to me that you're on Pacquiao's side on this issue, as you're making a complete fool of yourself and just throwing out random accusations with no basis to it. Post the facts, and dont play the ******* game by making unfounded accusations.
i thought garcia was complaining about him not seeing the pacquiao team prepare the pieces of tape that go in between the knuckles. I may be missing something but i dont recall hearing garcia say he wanted them removed, i just recall him saying he wanted to know what they were made of.
No that was not the case. Since both Margarito and Pacquiao were wrapping their hands at the same time, Garcia wrapped Margarito's hands while Freddie Roach was present overseeing Margarito...... ......in the meantime, Pacquiao was in his own dressing room wrapping his own hands. Someone from Margarito's camp was present, but it was not Garcia. That camp representative did not protest. ......when Garcia was done wrapping Margarito, he went over to the Pacquiao dressing room who had finished wrapping his hands, what Garcia saw was ridges sticking out of Pacquiao's knuckles, the result of strips of tape rolled up and placed between the fingers that when applied Gauze over them, the ridges from the tape stuck out over the fist area. Garcia protested because the inspector that oversaw him wrap Margarito had instructed him, "no ridges allowed at the fist area.":? I can guarantee you one thing, had the roles been reversed, Margarito would have been made to rewrap his hands in a heartbeat, and the media would have come down on him like a pack of wolves for even attempting to get away with the strips of tape between the fingers. This content is protected The high ridges on Pacquiao's already wrapped left hand is clearly visible.
That interview with steve kim confirms it pretty much its posted here in the forum, however off to work right now, BUT last night the two brain cells I do have ended up bumping together and I found the red herring used by Roach and Team pacquiao, so that they could get away with illegally wrapping the hands of Manny Pacquiao.... Stay tuned
Garcia complained that he saw inserts placed in Pac's wraps, and wanted re-wrapping of Pac's hands, but Texas said no.
You mean the same commission that told Margarito if he wanted to drink the "Hydroxicut" that its his choice...? that commission? besides what ever happend to that "Hydroxicut"?:think
It pretty much says it by Freddie Roach here. The commision inpsectors are pretty much not educated to all the rules and regulations. They're simply not on the same page. Notice on the video that Roach never defends Pacquiao for having legal wraps and pretty much dismisses to Steve Kim that if the Margarito representative did'nt catch the irregularity, "its on them." Roach wipes his hands of this whole handwrap issue by stating, "if they did'nt catch it, its on them."atsch:-( Here's the video of that....... you cant expect these guys to give a **** these are not fans of the sport these are fans of the superstars of the sport, but not the sport of Boxing
If I'm not mistaken, Garcia filed a formal protest with the Texas commision before the fighter got into the ring to fight. I hope at the very least the the Texas commision really an honestly looks into the matter. ........there is enough material, picture and video evidence here at the very least merit opening a hearing and have both camps come in to testify.... ......thats just here in this forum. HBO and that crew has alot more video that did'nt even make it on the air.deal I hope that this is'nt just swept under the rug because its boxings biggest superstar thats at the center of the controversy. An investigation needs to be conducted and if the findings are that Pacquiao's wraps were legit. That would be great and better for boxing........but certainly having everyone turn their heads away from something that might have been illegal is not the way to go.
I agree 100% and thats my purpose behind calling people on this, its not hate its boxing and thats what its supposed to be about... BTW Check your inbox... I tied together alot more **** regarding whats shown on that broadcast.
