I don't trust Arum. The truth is if the fight is close, they will automatically give it to Crawford because Pac is retiring and Crawford is young and they can still use him. I'd hate to see that happen to him in his last fight.

Yeah I agree, Crawford's shown that he'd be a massive stylistic challenge for Pac, it could be another May 2nd for him. He doesn't need it, I guess for Arum it makes sense, this could make Crawford and he's got another cash cow on his hands.

But as a fan, I think Crawford's got options. He should ride out his contract with Arum, move up, sign with Haymon and the whole world's open for him.

And when Pac beats Crawford you will say Crawford was overrated. We know how this works.

if arum even gets a whiff of an idea that crawford might do something like that...you can bet arum will do his best to shelf crawford or offer him insulting money for some fights.....

Hell no it would be a great win and he would get credit from me. I just want him to take a fight I know 100% he'll win for his farewell fight.

Pacquiao has had little protection during his career. He never followed the model of low risk, high reward that many of fighters use these days. Which is the biggest reason why he's greater than Floyd Mayweather. That's why it would not surprise me if he took the Crawford fight. Even at this stage of his career. Because he's shown throughout his career to take on any challenge no matter the risk. And no matter the reward.

Like Shock said if Arum thinks he's going to jump ship he'll try and screw him over like Garcia. Crawford has no choice here but to play ball.

All the Floyd fans are fearing that Crawford will do what Floyd couldn't and stop Pac.

He's greater because he took risks and wasn't concerned with max reward. Ever hear of ATG like Barrera, Marquez and Morales?

True true, with Arum he thinks he owns these fighters for life lol. I mean Arum's also got Bradley so him and Pac wouldn't be too shabby but Haymon pretty much has all the top WWs at the moment, would love to see Crawford against those guys personally.

Generally if you get a draw then win you wouldn't have another rematch. Pac didn't have to do it at all but he did.
