Fighthype is a mouthpiece site. Any site that gives that many interviews to the Mayweathers or James Toney for that matter is hard to take seriously.

Are you for real? Katsidis was the number #1 challenger and more than a worthy opponent who would give any fighter trouble at lightweight.

You also conveniently forgot that JMM adjusted after round 3 and was never hit with that same left-hook to the chin again. In fact after round 4 it was a boxing clinic against a bigger, younger, and one of the most relentless fighters today.

I cannot believe some of the lunacy that goes on around here sometimes. I know you're trying very hard to discredit Pacquiao but you don't need to disregard common boxing sense.

i wouldn't say it was a clinic after the 4th round. katsidis won 3 rounds, the 3rd [10-8], the 7th and the 8th. katsidis was actually coming on strong until jmm unleashed his uppercuts in the 9th that clearly hurt katsidis and the ref stopped it.

i had it 76-75 jmm after 8 rounds. the fight was very competitive until the 9th round. kinda like the casa and the diaz 1 fights, competitive until the round of the actual stoppage.

Dont doubt that Roach has said this at some point but it would have been more than likely a while back, he said in the past as well that a Pacquiao - Margarito fight would never happen because he's "a brave guy but not stupid".

he's just saying that. Mosley is past his best and shouldn't fight Pac. He can't just say oh were so much better than Mosley because then Pac wont get any credit for the victory v_v

Roach thought that Marg was too big for Pac 2 years ago. Everybody else thought that Marg would murder Pac in the ring.

That said, Roach might be very well advicing Manny not to fight Mosley(one of my favorite fighters). But honestly, what will Pacquiao accomplish IF he beats Shane?? Beat someone that Floyd already beat??? I think he already did that. He beat DLH way more convincingly than Floyd did. All boxers with smart corners and protected to a point. they all want to get the most with the lower risk. Its the nature of the business. For year, Mayweather senior has been saying he does't want Floyd Jr fighting dangerous left handed fighter. He has done it, to a point. Always wait until the fighters are fading.

Regarding to Marquez: I will watch him any day rather than watch Floyd, Shane, or Manny(THIS IS COMING FROM A PUERTO RICAN). But he is at the end of his carrer and looking for one more big pay day. Manny is a lot stronger now and don't expect Marquez to last more than 5 rounds.

Berto: I still dont think he has done anything worth being metion in this group. He could beat MArquez if he catch him early. But if MArquez is carefull during the first 5 rounds I see him beating Berto's ass.
