Cotto and Roach have started banging the drum for a Canelo rematch claiming that they think they did enough to win that fight. Scene it. What are everyone's thoughts on the scores for that fight now the dust has settled? Personally I had it much closer than the official cards but still had the red head as a definitive winner.
Canelo is gonna be getting a lot of this now he is the biggest cash cow in boxing. GG might find himself at the back of a very long queue if he's not careful...
Most people think Canelo won, but that it was closer than the cards revealed. Most people say 7-5 Canelo. I don't see Cotto beating Canelo.
Cotto lost clearly. I thought Cotto was never in the fight. Canelo was just more powerful and bothered Cotto with his punches while Cotto didn't trouble Canelo at all.
Cotto thinks any fight he doesn't get knocked out he won And when he does get knocked out he thinks they cheated Lol That boys undefeated in his and roaches mind
I originally had it 9-3 Canelo but rewatched it the other day and rescored it 8-4 Canelo. It was a clear cut win for Canelo imo, so I don't know what Roach is talking about.
Roach thinks Manny beat Floyd, either he needs new glasses or the repeated hits to the head have scrambled his brains a lot more than we thought
Canelo clearly won that fight thought it was quite competitive, I wouldn't mind a rematch though I'm not sure Cotto can do anything to change the result unless he goes balls out on the red heads body like he used to when he campaigned at 140 lbs, his body attack was a think of beauty back in the day
Chavez Jr in May Cotto in September GGG better accept that mega-payday or be left out looking in again. lol
He's to fragile to go balls out. The only reason he got away with it was because he outweighed his opponents at 140 by 10-15 pounds.
has cotto ever admitted defeat .. he ****ing walked out and refused to give a post fight interview after the floyd fight. he is a big cry baby
Canelo has a clear UD win over Cotto. With that said Cotto didn't embarrass himself and I wouldn't mind seeing it again. The fight would probably still do good numbers and it would be a nice payday for both men.
