slander or libel in this case will probably progress in my opinion.

    1. there is harm done to pac because as a professional athlete, prizes and endorsements are you way of living.

    2. second there is an element of publication, meaning, such libelous statement was published either through tv, radio or newspapers.

and both elements are present in this case.

If i were pac, i would sue that loudmouth to force him to spend on lawyers. and if pbf sr. loses the cases, spend much much more on damages.

    ****wit.

people would say it is no big deal. but what if it was you or your son accused by pbf sr.

seriously, floydettes. would you take this sitting down?

I don't think they need to sue him now. And if it's just money. They will get money if Floyd sr. is judge guilty but the jury.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has the biggest head-size increase both literally and figuratively in the welterweights. Must be doping

Pacquiao is a public figure. You cannot file a slander case against anything said about Pacquiao. Roach obviously never took any law classes.

I remember Cotto's people and fans making accusations about Margarito possibly being on steroids when they fought, anyone remember that?

Margarito and his people waited for results and when they passed they sent them the results publicly and privately and case was closed. Margartio and his people didn't even think about taking them to court.

Roach won't go far with this anyway. All these trainers talk trash and sometimes cross the line. Roach had a lot of negative comments to Morales in the three fights with Pacquiao as well.

If he wants to take it to court then so be it, he has the right to. Comments like that aren't needed to try and make Pac look good, he's defending his fighter's reputation and that's an obvious sign/reminder how he cares and loves Pac. Haters of Pac already have pathetic excuses to downgrade his wins, adding steroids is crossing the line and his haters love it.

there's always a cause of action for torts or quasi-delicts (if there is in the US). no need to determine if there is pecuniary damaga. the court could rule on moral damages suffered by Pacquiao, he just have to show bad faith on the part of Mayweather Sr.

How come Roach's talk is becoming annoying all of a sudden?, Roach always did that in previous fights with Pac, it's only annoying because most of what he says is the truth and people obviously don't like that.

He talked a lot before Barrera, Morales, Marquez, DLH and Hatton. He always did this.

When guys talk bad about him or his fighter expect him to do the same.

Yea cause it's not possible Manny could have someone from the USA on his team as well.

It's not like he fights in the USA at all.

Pac fans and other boxing fans criticize Floyd (and yes some insults but you should know that Floyd is an *******), but if your puny brain failed to comprehend that Floyd Sr. "accused" Pacquiao of using steroids, which is a crime called slander or labeling. TEACHER NALLEGE criticizing/insulting and accusing are different! -_-

:rofl:D:patsch. ****ing idiot. he has a lawyer from the philippines to help him during contract negotiations. there is no problem with that because that is a commercial transaction.

whereas, slander is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions and you need to hire a lawyer from that jurisdiction to represent you in court.

or do i have to spell it out again for you?
