That's why I said Roach is a genius. I take nothing away from Pac. he is an ATG in my eyes. Making Cotto or Shane boil down below 147 would be like serving a cat to a pit bull but if Manny fought them at 147 I think he would get stopped.

I don't believe he is. And I understand both Cotto and Mosley wanting to fight Pac.

But if anyone thinks Mayweather is a ***** for fighting JMM. They shouldnt' support Cotto or Mosley for the Pac fight. :good

I'm sick of this bull****. Why are the promoter and trainer the only ones who has a say in this. Why not let the ****ing fighter HIMSELF decide who he wants to fight?

Roach and Arum are ****ing assholes. And Pac is not doing himself any favors by not having a say in this.

I always believed that the fighters should be the BOSSES, not the promoters and/or trainers. The promoter's job is to find him the best fights available and the trainer shouldn't meddle in the business side of it and should stick his ass on training the fighter only. The fighters should be the ones making the ****ing DECISIONS himself.

    For **** sake.

C'mon Eze....you need to keep in mind that Gayweather has a history of fighting
lighter weights or heavier weighs past their prime.

    Nothing like Mosely or Cotto!!!!

    Lighter? Are you serious?

Mayweather has been outweighed by nearly every single opponent besides Zab Judah since 135.

    You fail.

    Mr Blobby won the thread.

Beyond that, its Arum's fault for mentioning these names all the time. Of course Mosley and Cotto and Chavez Jr want this mega fight. Who wouldn't? Sometimes, promoter's want to make the most god damned money every single fight no matter the risk to their guy and constantly put the biggest names together, rather than do the work of real promoting which would be to build up the more realistic challenges for Pacquiao which are at 140.

I would like to see Pacquiao vs Timothy Bradley next....if he wins than PBF / JMM winner at 140 if Floyd won't come down let his shook ass go fight a prime winning welterweight of his era which he still has yet to do. After that, see who is top dog at 140. There are a lot of possibilities, and just because Pac blew out Ricky it doesn't mean he destroys everyone at 140.

Pac isn't a real solid welter. Mosley and Cotto need to fight each other or other welters.

What Arum SHOULD do is declare that Pacquiao is going to finish out his career at 140 pounds you need to either move up (Valero, Soto) or move down or forget about fighting him.

I love how these Floydettes call Pac scared for wanting to fight in his own damn weight class or near it, but Floyd gets a pass for making a 36 year old guy who is small at lightweight move up to 144.

We need new more intelligent promoters that aren't always trying to squeeze every dollar out of their fighter in one fight like they are going to die soon, but from Arum's perspective, maybe that makes sense.

I want to see Pac vs the best at 140. I am not interested in Pac moving up or Cotto or Mosley moving down.
