It will be interesting. What will Floyd do if they can't come to terms? Fight Cotto / Clottey winner? Paul Williams? Mosley? Nah. He'll fight, I guess, the smaller Pacquaio for less than fifty percent in a mega fight before he fights any of those guys for less money but just as much and more danger.

Or maybe if he struggles with JMM he will say to hell with it and fight Hatton again at 147 in Manchester :verysad

Dr Roach is right why does Manny have to all the way upto 147, they should come down a weight to make it fair. ODH was a dead man at 147 and Dr Roach knew that was the case. Live fighters like Cotto and Mosley would be too big and powerful at 147 for Manny.

Then they shouldnt be talking about them. I dont recall Mosley or Cotto saying anything about fighting Pac until it came from Pacs corner. So with that being said if it were another fighter doing this what do you think the reaction would be??? Let say Haye would have asked Wlad to weight less then 230 in thier fight?? Wlad hasnt been in the mid 230's in over ten years. Haye didnt ask for that he went to Wlad.

I have no problem if they can get Floyd to go down to 140 he would still be strong there being that is more of his natural weight anyways. But Cotto and Shane have no business fighting less then 147, if that is too much for Pac then they should be fighting Bradley, Valero, Guzman, Holt, torres and those size fighters.

So how is it 'fair' to expect Pac to fight at 147 ? I hope he does but if he doesn't you can't blame him ! So what if he beat DLH at 147, Roach has said several times he knew Oscar was shot thats why they took it ! It was a big cash cow and not many expected him to win he went and did the business ! He started out at 107 for ****s sake !

Dan684 said it for me. Plus the guys you named around 140 Bradley, Valero are not big names, Pac only wants 1 or 2 more fights and they gotta be big names like Cotto, Mayweather, Shane.

roach should protect hes fighters pride and reputation. im sure pacquiao would be willing to fight them at 144 or even 147. roach is coming off as a tool saying 'shot this, shot that'
hes really stroking hes own ego
