Roach: Cotto is getting Knocked Out!

Roach has done quite well on his predictions.

Both Cotto and Pac have survived the Atlas curse...so nothing is certain.

Pacquiao was picked for the DLH fight and he won.
Cotto was picked for the Clottey fight and he won.

It's truly a toss up no matter what anyone says.

But I feel Cotto will do what DeLaHoya and Hatton failed to do. HIT HIM! and keep him down :smoke

 

Too early for predicitions. I don't think Cotto is that strong And MArgarito is a slow mo puncher.I am leaning towards Pac for the win.

 

Pac late TKO/KO or UD.....But if pac finish him from rnd1-5, i would be shock once again...

 

pac-cotto is a toss up, although I slightly favor Cotto. I think he is a better all-around fighter.

 

I agree, it is 50/50.

I really like what both are doing. They unquestionably fight the best opposition and give the fans their money's worth...unlike a certain PBF.

Marquez is a far better fighter in terms of skill than cotto thats why the fight was so competitive. Pac and Marquez were very evenly matched at 130, and a 130lb marquez is much faster than a 145lb cotto. Ill say this again, if cotto wasnt substantially bigger than pacquiao, he would be dominated in the fight.

 

Manny is operating on a different level at the moment, rivaled only by mayweather and maybe marquez.

 

For you to say Marquez has "far" more boxing skills than Cotto is a surprise. I will understand if you mention heart and determination on the Marquez part, but all around skills as a boxer Cotto is not behind. Marquez is very hitable, so I don't know were you get hes faster than Cotto at any weight. Cotto has good movement even when hes hurt, he could box and even go into his southpaw stance which is real good. Has a great jab, very underatted, just like his timing and using the ring. Marquez is known to be a foward fighter, he doesnt mind getting hit, to give you one. Please could we stop Cotto is the bigger man. It's what they use as an excuse, Manny and Cotto are pretty even, when it comes to height and reach, to biceps and calfs, etc. The only thing Cotto has is a bigger waist. People should do some more research before claiming things.
