Cotto was scheduled to fight Mosley as previously planned and as promoted to be his first REAL test at Welterweight and a fight which should prove if he's ready for Mayweather.

You did mention that if the fight doesn't happen it could be because of Mayweather's financial demands and you use an article from ESPN that the IRS claim he's on loan as proof. You use that as proof yet claim Margarito and Mosley didn't lose in 2007 and scared Mayweather into retirement.

the Margarito that beat Cotto is a living nightmare for Mayweather who has a low work rate and doesnt hit as hard as Cotto neither there is proof in COttos common opponenets in which Floyd went the distance and Cotto stopped.

I am sorry but styles do make fights and even though Floyd has better skills in terms of boxing, that doesnt promise a win in favor of Floyd, Cotto is the better boxer over Margarito and still lost, Cotto was able to out box Shane who is pretty damn good himself.

So lets not go over board you dont know until they fight you state your opinion but Floyd has not ever stepped in there with true welter weight in their prime that can crack...
