If Pacman is as good as Roach claims then he should not need other fighters to handicap themselves coming in at catchweight. I remember PBF fighting ODLH at 155 weight limit giving up all advantages and outboxing an ODLH that was not weakened by coming down to 147. Pacman has some key disadvantages against PBF namely talent, ability and trainers.
