Cotto will get KTFO. He has better boxing skills than Stevens but I doubt he punches harder at MW. He isn't outboxing GGG for 12 rounds without getting clipped. Cotto's only shot at winning would be by KO and I don't see it happening.

GGG before the 7th round. IF Roach and Cotto are so confident they should make the fight. GGG has a good following now and it would be a PPV fight that should break the 1M mark (or close to it).

Word. Cotto is a warrior and Roach would help him beat Golovkin by making a great gameplan.

If he has a leaky defense Cotto can expose, why does he need a catchweight to do it?

Same way Floyd needs a catchweight for Canelo or why he needs Maidana to wear an extra padded gloves.

He used a catchweight on Canelo to reduce his power. Maidana's gloves didn't have "extra" padding.

    Just for you...

Same way Pacquiao fought Oscar @ 147, Cotto @ 145, Margarito @ 150, Morales back down to super featherweight.

Mayweather isn't the only fighter to gain advantages with bull**** negotiations.

So you already know the answer, why are you still asking?

And yes, the same way Floyd asked JMM to move up 2 divisions and later missed the agreed upon catchweight.

I believe Team Cotto can expose that,, but not to the extent that they'd pull off a win,,... GGG would just be too big and too strong,,...

Btw, are you saying that Pac should have moved up 3 divisions instead of 2 when Oscar challenged him? And did you even know the reason why Oscar was trying to move down to 147? Because it was supposed to be for the Mayweather rematch and Floyd's supposed to be condition for a rematch was at 147 but retired instead so Hoya has no choice but to get a replacement and saw an opportunity to fight a Junior Lightweight Pacquiao. History lesson for you.

Marquez called him out, if you call someone out, you abide by their demands, unfortunately.

Oscar had no business at 147 and he knew that. Pacquiao's team took advantage of it. Don't know why you're bringing Floyd up. This is about Freddie and Cotto. No doubt Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Roach, damn near every big money making fighter has used some stupid stipulation to gain an advantage. So trying to disprove my point or talk **** to me is pointless.

So I guess him barely beating Mosley and Clottey, being owned by Trout, being hurt by Torres and Judah, and nearly KO'd by Floyd in the 12th makes him an ATG, What is evident is .... Miguel Cotto is a very overrated boxer who fails everytime he steps up.

Pac beat the living hell out of Cotto, stopped him. If Cotto claims to be the 160 lb. champion, then why would Golovkin have to come down to 154 to fight him for a 160 lb. belt? Golovkin said he would come down to 154 to fight Void, but Void ran away crying......................Golovkin would knock Cotto out for sure and he would knock Void out...............

Golovkin will stop cotto. Too much chin and pressure will always be Miguel's downfall. He will be forced onto the back foot very quickly and stay there. I sometimes think only if Cotto had a granite jaw he would be a true ATG. He would have beaten PAC and Marg if he had the jaw and could have fought far more aggressively against Mayweather.
