Who said that? Roach, not Manny. Roach might have thought it was good enough as he was not the one being blood drawn, but obviously five days was not enough for Manny for whatever his reasons. But surely, Pac did not back out of the fight as he was the one who called out your guy. :deal And they offered a 24-day but Floydie never answered or counter-offered up to the dealine. End of story.

Reg...."They" as you refer to is not one person. ****, these people get interviews all the time by various sources. They are asked questions which they just give a quick answer, and for some reason, posters take each and every one to heart.and act is it's one entity who answers. It's not.

As as I said, this is a GOOD THING. Is that really that difficult to understand? Or are you happier focusing on the negative? And again, IT'S NOT A BAD THING to change your position, especially if it's for the better. That shows you can be an adult.

“I’m not against blood testing, just not the day of the fight. I’ve had that happen in the [first Erik] Morales fight. I lost that fight and my body felt very weak. I don’t feel I recovered. That is why I don’t want blood testing close to the fight.”

This is what Pacquiao said himself. And Team Mayweather offered them 14 days. The only reason Pac even lowered his demand to 24 days is because there's video showing him getting blood 24 days before the Hatton fight.

Like Roach should know which fighters Pac can deal with? Pac didnt want Foreman, Roach did, no Foreman

Its Pac's body, for all we know Roach may have just thought Pac didnt like the test and dont want it day of fight. Turns out Pac doesnt want it to affect his training too.

It's not a good thing. They said they wanted 5 days, but then rejected 14 days. Now Pac is saying he just doesn't want to do the testing the day of the fight. Now clearly he's not telling the truth, because their is no way in hell he would change his mind on such an important issue so quickly. I was actually encouraged when Arum said they were willing to do the test but just didn't want the USADA to conduct the testing and wanted a bigger testing window. I thought both sides were willing to comprimise. I was wrong. Team Mayweather offered to have someone else to do the testing and offered a 14 day window and were still rejected. They are not changing their position for the better in terms of making the fight.

:patsch Reg....that was then...NOW they've changed their stance. And should both guys win their fights, this 5 days is WITHIN the 14 that Mayweather wanted. This really isn't that difficult to follow, unless you simply do not want to. It's not rocket science. And what do you mean "So quickly"...the negotiations didn't just end yesterday Reg. Look, the fight CANNOT BE MADE right now. Both teams have moved on. BUT now they have agreed to something WITHIN THE WINDOW. I really can't put this in more simple terms. You obviously do not want to accept that Roach has possibly agreed to something that may allow the fight to happen if both guys come out victorious. :huh

You just want to pick and choose which soundbites to buy and which ones to throw out. For the last time....this is GOOD NEWS.

Lance, this is what happens you don't know what you're talking about. This quote from Roach is not recent. It's from December. He of course quickly changed his stance like a week later. Nothing has changed.

I kind of agree with you on the whole lying thing.

But let's be real, bro. It's not like you really had any respect for Pac's team in the first place.:lol::lol:

I had a lot of respect for Pac and Roach as a trainer. I probably had least for Floyd to be honest and I don't care for either of them anymore.

looool that is a laughable way to try and defend him, nothing changed to influence a change of stance so of course they're inconsistencies. They kept moving the goalposts at every opportunity.

Here's an inconsistency for you, Arum made a statement saying that Mayweather's claims were surprisingly very reasonable, he even went as far to say that if the fight didn't get made it would be Manny ducking.
A few weeks later he was ranting and raving saying the same demands were a disgrace.

Here's another inconsistency for you, Roach was on camera saying that Mayweather was trying to worm his way out of the fight by asking for olympic style testing but that they were happy to do any type of testing. A few weeks later he's saying they're not bowing to Mayweather's demands.

Heres another one for you Pac in his interview with Brian Kenny says that he's happy to take a test just not on the day of the fight, about a minute later when asked if 14 days was enough he then says no cos he's intense training. This one even goes against your change of stance notion, not even an hour apart let alone a day.

Here's another inconsistency for you, team Pac says that they need a 30 day cut off, then a video pops up showing him giving blood 24 days before the Hatton fight so they don't need 30 anymore. Had that video not being circulated in the media again they would have maintained 30 days was essential.

Bar the last one all these inconsistencies are consistent with who's mouth they came out of which makes it difficult to not look at the situation with suspicion.

Bottom line to me is... the amount of blood withdrawn for a blood test is so small it would be physically impossible to effect and athletes performance. PERIOD! END OF STORY. Anyone that wants to argue should save there breath and look it up online.
